Established in 1997, Fengcheng Pacific Shenlong Turbocharger Co. Ltd., is now referred to as SLTURBO, a professional manufacturer which integrates R&D, production and sales of turbochargers and replacement parts. The company is a leading northeast China turbocharger manufacturer. SLTURBO holds the office of president of Liaoning Technology Innovation Alliance for Automobile Turbochargers and is a member of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association (CICEIA). SLTURBO has gained a reputation as a prominent brand within Liaoning province. The company holds more than 20 national invention patents and utility model patents. SLTURBO products are applied to motor vehicles, ships, petroleum machinery, agricultural equipment, engineering machinery and generator sets. The "SLTURBO" brand of turbochargers is sold in more than 80 countries throughout the world. SLTURBO moved to D District Erlong Industrial Park, Fengcheng City in 2018.
