The coordination meeting for exhibitors of the KOAAshow 2005 is scheduled to be held as follows.
Exhibitors are required to participate in the meeting so that preparation for the exhibition can
proceed smoothly.
A. General information
o Date: August 19, 2005 (Fri.) 2PM
o Venue: KOTRA, International Conference Room (1st basement floor)
(Address: 300-9 Yomgok-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul)
o Agenda:
- Schedule, exhibition display, equipment, other preparatory notices
- Booth assignment by exhibitor
- Distribution of invitation cards
B. Request for cooperation
o Due to a lack of parking space, we cordially recommend that you use mass transport.
o If possible, please download the Exhibitor Manual and read it in advance so as to
facilitate your understanding at the meeting.
C. Others
o Coordination meeting for exhibitors of the Daegu Joint Pavilion will be held on
August 23 (Tue) 2PM (tentative). This will be notified later.
o Exhibitors of the Incheon Joint Pavilion are required to attend the main meeting.(Aug. 19)
