1) Meeting Schedule

○ Date: Nov. 18 (Thu) - 19 (Fri), 10:00-17:00
○ Venue: Business Meeting Zone in Hall 3 at KOAASHOW 2010
○ Object: KOAASHOW exhibitors 
○ Buyers: 300 buyers will be selected for one-on-one business meeting among 2,000 foreign buyers 
○ Procedure: The meeting will be held at each buyer's booths followed by pre-arranged time tables. 

2) Detailed Procedure

Exhibitors/Buyers submit their applications >> Buyers for one-on-one business meetings will be selected by organizer according to their purchasing power >> Arrange time tables between exhibitors and buyers >> Confirm and inform the time tables to exhibitors/buyers >> Meeting

3) How to apply for one-on-one business meetings

○ Application
- 1st registration: Oct. 18-21
- 2nd registration: Oct. 25-28
- 3rd registration: Nov. 1-3 

○ Confirmation of meeting arrangment: Nov. 12 (Fri), Confirmation date may be changed to accommodate all meeting attendees. 

○ Application form and how to submit: Fill out the application form and submit it via email (bizmeeting@koaashow.com). 

* English translation service: 50,000 WON / day 
* Non-exhibitors are not allowed to enter the one-on-one business meeting zone.
