AFFINIA (www.affiniagroup.com) with its headquarter located in Michigan, USA, is a leader in the design, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of on- and off-highway replacement parts and services. Primary products include filtration, braking systems, and chassis components. Its year-end revenue for 2007 was approximately US$ 2 billion. The number of employees at AFFINIA is approximately 10,000.

This year, the Shaghai purchasing office of AFFINIA has decided to participate in the one-on-one business meetings at KOAASHOW in order to search for qualified manufacturers. The Shanghai office is purchasing products from China, Taiwan, Japan, India, and Korea to supply them to the North American market. For example, they are cooperating with Delphi regarding brakes and chassis products produced in China. Also, they are also responsible for the management of rotors and drum production and supply together with joint venture companies.  

Currently, AFFINIA has found some Korean suppliers, and they announced that they will expand their suppliers’ chain to Korea. To assist in their search for other qualified manufacturers, AFFINIA will participate in one-on-one business meetings on November 19-20 during KOAASHOW2009 and will like to have meetings with manufacturers, which produce the below items.
